Vast numbers of people, especially women experience anxiety. Why? Is it worse today than it was 100 years ago when things were even harder for human society?

I have read that families are like fudge – mostly sweet, but with a few nuts. I think most people relate to this, but the family I am referring to in this blog is the “sweet family” – you know the family you would say is the “good side.” The family you love to visit and don’t dread when holiday events roll around.

Am I the only one that has trouble staying focused for long periods of time? I started stretching recently to aid during my recovery from major back surgery. Everyone kept telling me, “Try to stretch more - it will make you feel great!”
