For my birthday, I asked one of my kids to get me an adult coloring book with crayons…So, my birthday arrived, and I opened my present and was all excited to receive a brand-new coloring book and twist coloring pencils! Like so often, presents get put to the side with the hustle and bustle of work and I soon forgot about my coloring book. After all, who has time to relax?

When I was growing up, I ran track. My race was the 220 meter which is a race between two more popular sprints - longer than the 100m and less than the 400m. While I’m only 5’3 (with a slight rounding error), I am fast or was back then! Kids watching the race would later ask me, “How do you run that fast when you’re so little?”
